Because some houses are more complicated than others prices my vary, although most homes will be included under the prices listed above. Larger institutional buildings and businesses usually cost more to render. Once I have seen the photographs of your house or business I can give you an exact price.

House portraits make excellent one-of-a-kind gifts to be treasured for generations. The perfect gift for anniversaries, house warmings (or leavings), real estate promotions, birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas.

Photos: All I need to do a house portrait are at least two or three good-quality photographs of the house (or other building). If there are trees blocking considerable portions of the house, try to include extra pictures which show what is behind the trees. If possible, please include a closeup shot of the front door area or any other details that are important in representing your home. All photographs will be returned with your finished portrait. You can also E-mail your photographs to me if you would rather not send the originals.

Ordering: Send no money upfront, all orders will be taken on good faith. Considering my workload your portrait should be ready within 2 to 3 weeks, if it will take any longer I'll let you know. I will E-mail you a photograph of the finished portrait for your approval. Your house portrait will be shipped upon receipt of your payment in full.
